Customer Service & Money Transfer Representative

At GMT, we help people send money safely and easily to loved ones all over the world — and you can be part of that. As a Customer Service & Money Transfer Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and trusted support for our customers.

What will you do?

  • Assist customers with sending and receiving money, both locally and internationally
  • Provide clear, professional support by phone, email, and chat
  • Work closely with other teams and banking partners to make sure transfers run smoothly
  • Handle every transaction with care, accuracy, and a high level of responsibility

What are we looking for?

      A people person with patience and great communication skills
      Someone who enjoys helping others and working with financial services
      A quick learner with a “can-do” attitude
      Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus — but not a must
